The "9-3" awaits a new Hollywood star Stallone, helicopter

Arriving by helicopter and red carpet, the actor Sylvester Stallone is expected Thursday in Rosny-sous-Bois in Seine-Saint-Denis department of popular northern Paris region, far from the glitter, but not without arousing interest of Hollywood and Americans.

A visit that will not go unnoticed. Thursday at 19:00, the famous interpreter of Rocky and Rambo must land by helicopter in Rosny-sous-Bois. The program includes red carpet and presenting his new film, "Expendables," which will be released in August 18.

It may be accompanied by other actors in the movie: Jason Statham, Dolph Lundgren and, perhaps, Mickey Rourke.

"I contacted them after the success of the visit of Travolta," says Olivier Févin, director of UGC Rosny. For February, the Multiplex hosted the star of "Grease" and "Pulp Fiction", for the film "From Paris with Love".

"If there is an audience for this kind of popular movies, great show, it's good to Rosny," says Mr. Févin. His film is the fourth in terms of entries, with over two million spectators in 2009.

Travolta had in fact been cheered by hundreds of spectators, Rosny: no real dialogue with the public but just a "Hello, I'm happy to be there. I really like" long and vigorous applause. The production team was welcomed by an enthusiastic reception, quite different from that reserved by the Parisian public, which is considered cold.

In April, it was the turn of Samuel Jackson ("Pulp Fiction", "Shaft") to land at Bondy, still in Seine-Saint-Denis, a department accustomed to yet more pages "miscellaneous" that "cinema" or "people". Huge success for him too.

But he came in a very different film a promo with the United States ambassador to France, Charles Rivkin. The latter had promised a few days earlier, during a visit to La Courneuve, returning with a celebrity.

The diplomat, former producer of the "Muppet Show", with its network of Hollywood, has proposed the visit to the actor, "one of the greatest ambassadors of American culture," he said. "You have the power to change the rules!", Then told Samuel Jackson to youth, encouraging them to work hard and persevere.

"These visits is that the people there, Bondy or La Courneuve, know that we at the Embassy of the United States, we are interested in them and we want to build relationships with them "says one to the embassy.

"We try to be everywhere in France for years, since the leaders of tomorrow can emerge anywhere, not just the big schools," she says.

Words that explode, for a young neighborhood tough who often complains of being stigmatized and discriminated well. "In France, it was felt that the suburbs is far away. The United States realized that there was energy in the suburbs," he said Nordine Nabili of "Bondy Blog," after visit the actor.

"The weaving of these links, the construction of these bridges are not in one day, not from a single visit to a single actor, but if it can attract the interest of the people, the better" Embassy continues.

Bondy hosted another star, July 22: singer Prince, who came to repeat, in full European tour this summer. But this time, discreetly.
